I had the same problem with XP64 bit when I installed a ZBoard to it. OMG what a pain in the a**. I had to run DriverCleaner on it before it would take the updated driver. That took me 3 days! A Friend of mine just bought a netwook router and it said ON THE BOX that it was Win7 compatible but the disk did not work. I had to download the drivers from the web site and it worked fine.
