I run with a Sennheiser PC360 headset which runs more around the $150USD mark, but it's also an audiophile headset. It's also a full around-the-ear design, so I can literally wear it all day and not get ear fatigue. If you don't really care how music sounds in your gaming headset, and likely won't be wearing it all day, it sounds like you'll be very happy with the SteelSeries 3H v2 Gaming Headset. Good Luck.
