Skip Wilson did some work for me back in the late 1980's on a Chevy Blazer I used to own. The guy knows his shit and is a great mechanic. Most cars stolen in California get shipped to Mexico within hours if they aren't stripped locally. I remember a few years ago a news crew went to a little town in Mexico where the cops all drove new American cars. They all turned out to be stolen from California.
