Many of you know through getting to know me that I have struggled with weight my whole life and last year decided to make some changes in my life and try to get healthier. Thursday was 1 year since I started making those changes. I was approx 390 lbs when i started. I say approx, because day before I started I hit up an all you can eat buffet with the wife and crushed it LOL!! So was probably closer to 395, but have used 390 as my benchmark. I want to thank you all for your words of encouragement throughout this journey, it has ment sooo much. every bit of support I have gotten from many different aspects of my life have fueled my drive to do this! Love ya all, wont get long winded on this post, did that on facebook already LOL, so here is me, #SittinLighter at 263lb weigh in 1 year to day after I started. 127lbs lost!
