Really liking my instapot.  Today I made beef stew.  Total time until dishing it up to eat is under 55 minutes including prep work.

here's my goulash Sancho 🙂

made it in my trusted dutch oven.

1.5 kg beef, same amount of onion, then garlic, belpeppers and paprikapowder, cayenne powder and some bayleaves, and cumin powder and tomato paste.

simmered for over 3 hours ( first ' crusted ' the meat then glazed the onions in the same pot after removing the meat ( i did the meat in 3 batches ) 

then i poured in a full bottle of red wine. and like i said let it simmer for 3 hours.

( sorry the pictures are in the wrong order but you get the idea )
