For some time I had been using GPortal to host our Conan and ARK servers.  A few months back GPortal seemed to stop answering trouble tickets when our server broke after an update.  It wasn't a big deal, but anytime our server needed an update I had to go in and manually copy files from my computer to the host server.  It was a real pain in the ass and for weeks they just kept saying they were looking into the issue.  I finally moved the Conan server to another host.  Now any time I log in to check the ARK server they have warnings about DUNE or RUST or some game where they are unable to host them correctly?  Seems like they don't have any good developers on staff anymore or something?  I would not ever recommend anyone using GPortal as a host for anything.

For RUST you can't have any of the fucking events?  For DUNE the servers are not being displayed?  How do you play with friends?  You can't go to the fucking Deep Desert?  That is crazy!

I had originally moved the Conan server to Nitrado which was also pretty fucked up.  Their support tickets were very difficult to submit and the tech wiped our server. I had to restore from a backup.  They were also difficult to update, but it was kinda manageable, but in the end I moved to Host Havoc which has been great so far.  Easy to update and zero issues so far.  No downtime.
