Yes, the receiver has a 5.5" touchscreen and you see what the camera sees. There is a slight lag so it's not advisable to fly it "FPV" mode. Winnipeg Manitoba, flat as can be! Default settings currently (I will delve further into video setting later) I was just anxious to fly. That triple hop though! It took some work but I think I had that PB setup right. My error, if I remember correctly, had something to do with 32 vs 64bit files. It has different modes for flying. Smart mode, which uses GPS telemetry data from all available satellites. In this mode it basically flies itself. Release the sticks and it will self level and maintain position, or you can have it return to its start position and land itself. It will move in the direction you move the stick regardless of drone orientation. Or Angle mode which is the more traditional method of pilot control where pilot input depends on which way the drone is facing. Video was taken outside city limits. I live by the airport and it wont even turn on in smart mode.

My ping went back to normal today.

Crankster Yeah Chile, I have noticed a huge increase in the lag myself. I do not know if it is the location or what, I was pinging it at about 40 a couple weeks ago and now I am lucky to get 110 most times. Oh well, I am still able to play now to figure out what is giving the ci's randomly. My ping has doubled as well. Where is the server located?

My ping has been double for about a week. The first hop after my router times out every time. If I take out the router and run the modem straight to the PC then it is the first hop that times out. I have a tech coming to the house on Friday morning to troubleshoot the issue. Hopefully they can find/fix the problem. I fully expected to get the run-around from the ISP, but the guy on the phone was helpful and concurred with me that there was a problem. Over the course of our phone conversation I learned that his kid is a gamer and they are on one of the higher tier plans that my ISP recently released ( kudos for his smooth, soft-sell tactics ). The more I thought about it, the more I wanted to upgrade. My current plan which I've had for years is 10Mb/sec down and 2/Mb/sec up. Through ISP upgrades I have been getting 20+Mb/sec down for about 1 1/2 years free of charge. The new plan would be an extra 10 dollars a month and give me 50Mb/sec down......Sweeeeeeeeeet! (They have 100Mb/sec but its $120/month, no thanks). I told him my stance on the whole issue was that, if they can fix my ping I would upgrade if not I would probably have to cancel my service and find another ISP. So enjoy killing me with my double ping while you can. It could soon be fixed and my speed DOUBLED! Regards Bomber
