US Hardcore is now set up classic during the US day...breakfast club for EU will have hardcore during their play time. Let's monitor and see how it goes...

OK, the big confusion here is EU vs US time zone...the "breakfast club" plays OVERNIGHT for the US (morning for EU) so we can easily switch to classic mode in the morning in the US and call it what we want with whatever rules we want. I'll work with B-Murda and Hellkid and we'll figure something out - stay posted. We'll try changing it during the US daytime to classic and then will change back to as is now during the EU day.

I wouldn't waste $4k if I were you, I'd spend $900 on the machine I linked above and save your $3k for something else worthwhile. I, personally, don't believe that ionized water will help me live longer, cure cancer or anything else. Simply put, there is ZERO SCIENCE OR MEDICAL FACT TO BACK YOUR CLAIMS.

It's now noon and still not a single person in there...I don't have access to that server either so I can't change it to see. Not sure what the breakfast club's schedule is but there was nobody on today at all, that server's been empty all day. Let's try it...what time US central are the breakfast club done playing?

Here are some facts for you...out of every $4000 that someone pays for these piece of shit scam products, the salesperson makes $2280. Yup, they make over 50% commission for tricking people into thinking that this will make them "healthier". Oh, by the way, here is their "sales and compensation" video. This is no better than Amway or Tupperware.

As I type this...I'm on the softcore server by myself and there is nobody on the US hardcore server. I guess I don't think it would be bad to switch the US hardcore to a classic server to try and gain some extra players that may come to play classic. I'll still play softcore as will many others. Problem is that I see many of our regulars playing other servers because they have classic modes or more people. Not sure of the right answer but zero people on two of three servers right now clearly isn't working. What about trying to switch that US hardcore to classic for a few days just to see what happens? We could change it back if it didn't work couldn't we?

Funny, I was cured of all that ailed me by drinking Scotch. Had to be of the Highland variety though and not Speyside. Drink Scotch instead of water...change your life. Seriously, some people refuse to listen to logic or facts...they will believe what they want to.

BUT, just to play devil's advocate on this one...what if the classic mode brings new players to XI servers??? That could help with the other two I would think...

I did the same Murda...I got shot by a rocket and my chopper turned upside down and I basically jammed my joystick to the side and prayed. Managed to save it and ended up rolling but can't manage to do it while trying for shit! LOL

If we are going to do this...we need to make the switch BEFORE the new patch/DLC come out IMHO. I think having a US softcore, EU hardcore and Classic server would cover 3 completely different bases and wouldn't scalp any of our own servers too much. Wouldn't that work and what do we need to do to get it going? Flushy

I've played it on the CTE a bit...i actually liked it. The "futuristic" stuff didn't make much of a difference in my opinion. The maps were the major thing and they all seemed pretty cool but somewhat sniper oriented to I'm sure offset the last DLC which was more urban. The snowmobiles aren't any different from jet skis or atvs, work the same. The floating tanks handle like the hovercraft, like shit. The railgun is WAY overpowered...

I did logon to the CTE this morning and it shows at the top...looks like it will still be a while. Honestly, if they DO IT RIGHT, I'm fine with it taking a bit longer so it doesn't suck and then need to be patched right away. Final Stand BETA, Server Performance Update #1 t1gge 23 hours ago 37 Today we will be preparing for the second pass at performance testing for Final Stand. This first 5+ days run has given us a lot of good telemetry information and baseline test data. We will now prepare to update the server and client with some really good looking performance improvements, new netcode and fixes to soldier collision (which we need significant testing on to feel comfortable releasing as part of Final Stand). This update is planned to happen tomorrow, but might get pushed pending how well the build behaves. In the interrim we will be shutting down a bulk of our servers, to focus play on the specific test servers where we collect the data. Playing it on the CTE right now...maps seem pretty cool. We'll see. One of the Dice guys is on right now playing and he said that it was December (so he says he's a Dice guy).

No clue, I was being sarcastic because I can remember a ton of posts about Reo jr being questionable at one point and time. I don't know if anything ever came of it or not...I was just thinking if it was true, maybe that's why.

I tell you what...I'll pony $10 a month myself to help start a US classic server for XI. Anyone else want to pony some $$$ for it? Oh yeah, and as an added bonus, Oneill joins XI when the server is up and running (he pinky swore that to me). I say we start a 48 man classic server, see what response we get and if it doesn't work, switch it to one of the other servers that are always populated mentioned above. What say all of you? Flushy

I think it's definitely a improved game with the patch. It would be nice not to get shot behind cover (I agree SOB) but this patch was definitely the best yet...too bad it took so long. Hopefully they come out with a final "fix the rest" patch with the new maps but in the meantime, seems to be a definite improvement to me!

Sorry I couldn't make it this weekend...was at my in-laws literally in the middle of nowhere Iowa all weekend with not even a wifi connection. Ugh. Hope it went well and will be there next time!
