It started doing this since I replaced my cpu. It starts out great then starts getting choppy then laggy. I still can't figure it out. I checked the drivers and scanned for viruses. It does it on all my pc games. Does anybody know what may be causing this?

No I tried too but it wouldn't update. The website support said the the cpu and the mobo were not compatible. So I bought a new cpu that the website said is compatible and now this. -

I still have a problem with my pc recognizing anything over 4 gb of memory. I doesn't read it yet when I scan it it shows there are 4 slots and only 2 are working and it doesn't matter which pair of slots I have them in it only recognizes 4 gb. When I started my pc up the first time after the installation it said to go to the cmos and save the settings of the new cpu but I didnt so what does that mean also. Maybe that is the problem IDK> Please help I hope I have the right terminology for what I saw>

Okay guys am just checking on this one before I order so I make sure I get the right on. Will this cpu work with my mobo? I think it will but I dont see anything from ASUS support with the black edition listed in the compatibility list. Thanks Wraith! I appreciate it. That pretty much said what I did for 25 years or more! I loved every moment of it too. I drove them all over the state of Washington for one event or another and called it Dad's Taxi Service free to my kids! Lol! I been paid in full by 4 lil words, "Dad, I love you!"
