Will You give this to my Daddy? As a Company, Southwest Airlines is going to support 'Red Fridays.' Last week I was in Atlanta , Georgia attending a conference. While I was in the airport, returning home, I heard several people behind me beginning to clap and cheer. I immediately turned around and witnessed One of the greatest acts of patriotism I have ever seen. Moving thru the terminal was a group of soldiers in their camos. As they began heading to their gate, everyone (well almost everyone) was abruptly to their feet with their hands waving and cheering. When I saw the soldiers, probably 30-40 of them, being applauded and Cheered for, it hit me. I'm not alone. I'm not the only red-blooded American who still loves this country and supports our troops and their families. Of course I immediately stopped and began clapping for these young unsung heroes who are putting their lives on the line everyday for us so we can go to school, work and home without fear or reprisal. Just when I thought I could not be more proud of my country or of our Service men and women, a young girl, not more than 6 or 7 years old ran up to one of the male soldiers. He kneeled down and said 'hi...' The little girl then asked him if he would give something to her daddy for her... The young soldier, who didn't look any older than maybe 22 himself, said he would try and what did she want to give to her daddy. Then suddenly the little girl grabbed the neck of this soldier, gave him the biggest hug she could muster and then kissed him on the cheek. The mother of the little girl, who said her daughter's name was Courtney, told the young soldier that her husband was a Marine and had been in Iraq for 11 months now. As the mom was explaining how much her daughter Courtney missed her father, the young soldier began to tear up. When this temporarily single mom was done explaining her situation, all of the soldiers huddled together for a brief second... Then one of the other servicemen pulled out a military-looking walkie-talkie. They started playing with the device and talking back and forth on it.. After about 10-15 seconds of this, the young soldier walked back over to Courtney, bent down and said this to her, 'I spoke to your daddy and he told me to give this to you.' He then hugged this little girl that he had just met and gave her a kiss on the cheek. He finished by saying 'your daddy told me to tell you that he loves you more than anything and he is coming home very soon.' The mom at this point was crying almost uncontrollably and as the young soldier stood to his feet, he saluted Courtney and her mom. I was standing no more than 6 feet away from this entire event. As the soldiers began to leave, heading towards their gate, people resumed their applause. As I stood there applauding and looked around, there were very few dry eyes, including my own. That young soldier in one last act of selflessness turned around and blew a kiss to Courtney with a tear rolling down his cheek. We need to remember everyday all of our soldiers and their families and thank God for them and their sacrifices. At the end of the day, it's good to be an American. RED FRIDAYS ----- Very soon, you will see a great many people wearing red every Friday. The reason? Americans who support our troops used to be called the 'silent majority'. We are no longer silent, and are voicing our love for God, country and home in record breaking numbers. Our idea of showing solidarity and support for our troops with dignity and respect starts this Friday - and continues each and every Friday until the troops all come home, sending a deafening message that.. Every red-blooded American who supports our men and women afar will wear something red. By word of mouth, press, TV -- let's make the United States on every Friday a sea of red much like a homecoming football game in the bleachers. If every one of us who loves this country will share this with acquaintances, co-workers, friends, and family. It will not be long before the USA is covered in RED. The first thing a soldier says when asked 'What can we do to make things better for you?' is.....We need your support and your prayers. Let's get the word out and lead with class and dignity, by example.

I've seen nthis on facebook and I believe its a typical case of bullying! When some people has had enough they can erupt in very violent ways all in the self preservation mode. The smaller kid will think twice before he does anything like that again! I also want to point out this wasn't about the kid being fat just a kid that didn't want any trouble but when it came to him at the wrong moment he reacted.

Here a while back there was a post about the red and blue boxes still on our pages after we deleted all the messages. Well as of today they are still there and in fact getting larger. They show up anytime after I switch pages, say like forward and backwards between pages or clicking another website page! Is there anything that can be done about this cause it is getting real annoying. I have to close them anytime i go to another page. ARGH!!!

Friends and fellow gamers! I have been thinking about something for quite sometime. It's something that so many people don't have for each other anymore. It takes work to get it and its not just given to you it is earned. With it we can conquer all obstacles because we work together and understand each other. Today I want to make a comparison to COD or gaming in general when you are playing in or on public or private servers. I see young people come into our servers and totally act like asses because they are lacking in the most important ingredient in their character as a humane being. Some of them were not taught and some of them just don't give a care. They don't think it matters, but I have a surprise for them. This is my home ground and I'll be damned if I am going to sit here and take the kind of verbal abuse that some of them dish out! I guess by now you all know I am talking about R E S P E C T! The world we live in today doesn't respect anybody elses rights! If there is no one to stop them they will do to somebody what ever they want. That seems to be the prevailing attitude about what ever. That even goes to the point that if one individual disagrees with a whole crowd, they are looked at like they are stupid and don't have the right to believe what they want, and who knows sometimes they are the right ones. On the XI servers it has become an everyday occurance and I have a hard time keeping my tongue in my mouth and keeping quiet. I just want to throw this out there for food for thought and see what you all thought! I love >XI< and only want it to be the best there is! GO >XI<!

First of all peeps this is just me venting and I will not mention any names! If anybody cares to respond to this post then please respect my request and respond in kind! Let me ask each of you, have you ever heard certain players that come in late into a game and then when they don't win say, "I just needed a few more minutes"? To me that statement is degrading to the individuals that win with the assumption that they would indeed run the leaders down and win. That is arrogance example #1. Example number #2 is when somebody talks like only they have the right to win each and every map! Now remember this, there is a difference between arrogance and self confedence, for example when I say when someone shoots me from a certain position, "I am going to cut you if you stay there", that is confedence. I dont think I am untouchable but there are many that seem to do that very kind of thinking. Like I said thjis is just me venting and I wish everybody could just play for the fun of it. Winning isn't everything in life. I can think of many things that out rank winning by a country mile. Family, friends and such, are so much more important than winning a damned video game.

I had a thought! Whoa did I say that? I guess that coud be dangerous to in a house full of idiots. Anyway back to the purpose I am writing this post. My thought was so many of us have special links on the internet that we like to use for whatever and I have one for those peeps that would love to send a large file via e-mail, but its way too big for the 25GB mail sites we have today. Well this site can handle uo to 200GB so I thought I would share with all who is interested and I would love to have the ones yiou have found and i also have found another place to down load a file downloader instead of rawr it is jZip. just google it and let me tell you it works so well i always use it. Okay now for the link to the email place that you can use your own email address as a return address: http://www.toobigforemail.com

I hear the question more times than you can imagine! That includes from not only new first-time-vistors, but from fellow clansmen as well. Up till very recently I couldn't tell you why. I always thought just like most of you, that if you asked for a gaming PC and paid big bucks to have one made that we should all be approximately tyhe same speed. Well that is simply not true. When I was researching to have my pc built the techie asked me what I wanted to play on it. I told him a list and included such like for future games as well. My techie was a youn g gamer himself and understood exactly how I wanted my unit to perform. Now I dont have the high speed some on here does but there is something that you should all know for future info as you shop for a new rig. You can have the biggest, badest, fastest unit in nthe world and have a slow bus or low grade connectors or some of the hardware we all take for grant and your rig will only process the data required to play these games at a much slower speed than rigs tha cost half or less than what you paid for it. Now I kinow there are many things that are factors about the speed we each play at but we discuss them every time somebody asks me that question. Now each of you may want to go back and see what all those little insignificant parts are rated at if you think you should be running much faster. I think you should at least check them all out. Good luck catching me in the open field. It has happened but it is a rare situation I get run down and I can run down most of you. I am just saying......
