played Ace ok, the next map redirect was 20kb so the redirect must still not be working correctly.

Did you try and just install without changing anything. I'm running win7-64bit. Whats wrong? when you get it all set back up, you should check out http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ I put this on all my customers machines so when they hose it up they just hit F11 and restore the image of when I last did a complete reinstall for them. good luck if you need any help give me a shout

Hey Bluburd, I put together a post on recording COD4 videos awhile back for our members. I moved it into our general COD4 forum so you could see it. To make a long story short, I edit my config and use my backspace key to toggle recording on and off. Then I start Fraps and I play my demos in COD4 player.
