Okay I must say and self claim to be a real idiot. I know nothing much about houses but I'm buying one. And now that I may potentially move to somewhere far from my work place. (for the luxury of a bigger house) I need to buy a car. That and also I may want to drive around Ontario from time to time for good deals . I know and hear there are all sorts of scams so this I really must ask all of you. Tell me what you know. I want to get a 2nd hand used car and I have a teeny tiny budget. I don't want to get scammed for buying a perfectly normal looking car that maybe was in an accident and a crooked chassis (is that how you spell it) or cars that have had their mileages rewounded/reset. And the dealers here are rip offs.

Your inputs are invaluable! --> Bushape, I think I'm going with the Real estate agent's recommendation for inspector because he's an engineer himself I'm thinking he knows anything the inspector would miss. This agent was also recommended to me by the mortgage broker. These references all started with my Fedex guy. Love Fedex for that hahaha. Yay for Fedex. (UPS sucks, sorry UPS but you always surprise me with effing brokerage fees + what nots that sometimes cost more than the item I bought) --> JohnnyDos, yeah I know it gets better and I'll get more for my money but Windsor is crazy far for anyone . As is, I'm moving from North York to Pickering/Ajax. That's as far as I'll go. We both work downtown Toronto so anything farther, the traffic and travel is just going to kill us. OH!! My hubby and I are looking and buying a house and should be moving by the end of this year so it's been crazy. I haven't played much and wouldn't be until this all settles. We're in the midst of two negotiations as of yesterday. When it does, if anyone wants to come by for BBQ/ pool party please BYOB! I would appreciate any tips on housebuying, furnishing, insurances, blah etc since this is our first home I'm a noob and practically going in blind relying on the real estate agent for EVERYTHING including inspectors and lawyer etc. Something I'm gambling on to not get ripped off. hxtr fruittropics here is a picture of my daughters tattoo she just got not long ago. I wanted it in black only since she is has a tan, but the color really is bright. Being asian, I don't like the dragons and fishes and stuff. But I must say, the colours are great! I'm definitely having some colour in my tatt. Thanks hxtr!

PigDog Hmmm, maybe if you explain about what fruittropics means to you and why you have that name it will help to figure out what to incorporate into the tatt. I know some of you are probably thinking this so I'll go and say it soo...a side for the obvious watermelons I carry on my chest, I love fruits to death. I could down a whole large papaya myself. I could survive on fruits only. I eat, cook and play with fruits. I just love fruits. Diced, sliced, juiced whatever. I love ALL fruits. there is no fruit I wouldn't eat. One of my favourites are strawberries. I've had this alias forever, since my tween chatting days and even as I approach 30 years of age. I've had more of a life known as fruittropics than michelle anywhere. IF you google fruittropics you'll find more about me than my actual full name.

Hey guys I just got me a new piercing today but I have been thinking really hard about getting a tattoo. I have a few ideas but I want input! The tattoo definitely will incorporate "FRUITTROPICS" in it if not just font only. I have lived my life being more fruittropics than michelle all my life. So I need your suggestions on font types, what should I have added to it, black or colour and where on should I have it? If you can illustrate, all the better. I went to the tattoo artist today and they didn't have any designs I liked. So throw your ideas at me please!!! Thank you!!!!

VEGANISM!!!!! or at least go organic and eat less meat please. The amount of meat we eat these days in just 1 meal in comparison to what our ancestors did eat - it's what they eat in a week! These animals should have a life to live out in normal surroundings, eating natural foods before their sacrificial slaughter. It's not just the meat you eat, the fur/leather you take, using them as cruel game play. It isn't just slaughter, they have to suffer all thru their short life span before they are beaten to death or slit or skinned, or stepped on or anything. I've been thinking about this a lot lately, what's in a clan? Really? What is XI for? As far as I'm concern, I am just here to play and befriend anyone who wishes or chooses to be honest and befriend-able. Clan or no clan, I'd still play. Clan or no clan, I'll still have the friends I've befriended here. That said, I was recruited and I didn't think to say no, I just got myself "CLANNED" so all would know I was befriend-able.
