Please remove xi_blackout_day not suitable for ftag. Too big, glitchy. Run through trees etc... Out of range even for scoped weapons. mp_convoyassault_night is also not suitable. night vision + pitch black + frozen ice cues... and most importantly minefields. Cant see own teammates if they are frozen etc. People just keep blowing up. mp_nuenen4 previosly removed from rotation. Please remove it again. Would be great on a 50 player server not ftag1. Please replace them with Caen (was told it was still in the rotation.. its not listed here nor played it since.) POWcamp is good too. Was popular. Thanks, Sexy!

Heres my feedback on this ... Caen Townville and Beltot are popular maps among the regulars. Please keep it within rotation. Please remove Karachi. It'll be good to have all the all time most popular maps in a single rotation. Like a hits compilation. Here are a few that I can think of atm. POWcamp Tigertown Goodtimes Sharqi Garena Basra Southern France etc.. theres one with the buillding and stealth bomber in the middle and a market.. Can't remember all their names. Currently in rotation which are quite ok... Compact Skidrow Coldfront Maxmata Just my opinion. Please do not steer the topic off course. Thanks. Sexy!

HI RDKL, Seen you on the servers... Anyway, with regards to your problem, I do experience it too from time to time of late. And from what I've heard, some of my friends experience this too. Generally, even if the ip address albeit lack of server name display shows up in your list, just do as I do and double click it. You would most probably get the awaiting connection screen... just wait it out for a few seconds. Works for me, hope it does for you. Sexy!

Brotrinde There are so many possibilities to handle this. You can either lower the damage or make it less precise like the rocket or even take it out and then insert special maps where you only can use tubes (like the maps where you only can choose the shotties). Why are so many ppl now sniping on MW2? Because it is so easy! Give em back the accuracy of FTAG1 and they are done with it and return to other guns. But they wouldn't leave the servers! I agree with Brotrinde on this. And since the tube has been affectionately now known as the skill cannon, why not make it so in a way that it takes more skill to use it? With regards to sniping, one of the primary reasons why I did not migrate to MW2 even though most of my long time friends did so was that sniping is way tooooooooooo easy there. Sniping in ftag 1 really does require skill, patience and accuracy, but its a fun challenge (BTW, I'm one of the crappiest snipers around). You better time yourself well before you even decide to take the shot. Miss your shot? Then good luck to you. And that is precisely how the sniper class should be and what a potential sniper should consider before even choosing it. But with static scoped sniping, you will find a server full of "snipers". My post wasn't meant to offend anyone, its just my personal opinion. If it did, my apologies. **EDIT my post came too slow. Zoe people that hated the tube are using them now cause they found out that you don't need any skill to use it. it is getting more and more popular on the ftag servers. i hate tubes cause they do kill the fun in game and they often make me leave the servers. i would also vote to remove them or at least lower their damage, but i know that this will never happen. so i go on leaving the server when to many funkillers are on. Firstly, I'm gonna clarify one thing. I'm 100% ok with tubes or tubers.... That is because if they use the tube, they sacrifice a perk. they use quad tubes, they sacrifice another perk. So it is basically a trade off. Its fair. Take for example, On the ftag 1 and 2, it is relatively easy to overcome tubes. Basic reason is that all weapons have been tweaked to perfection. Credit goes to the dev team and the players that contributed their feedback based on their experience over time. Such that over time tweaks and changes are made to achieve this level of balancing. However, on MW2 it is a whole different story. Half or maybe even more than half are using tubes. It does go into a vicious cycle of tube haters becoming tubers too. So much so that its kind of a rarity to see people actually shooting. I feel that for the benefit of the shooters in mw2, IF some tweaks should be done. Please do so. Plenty of feedback has been given so please respond by making appropriate adjustments. Like Zoe said, if nothings done, people do leave the servers. I left too... And did notice others leaving while I was there due to this issue. Or instead of leaving, people do not join. It is the same with map rotations of which feedback is generally not highly regarded enough to warrant positive changes. A simple look at the stats of the popularity of each server would reveal this. Game tracker, Stats, Server chat logs, Timing(when a full server become empty when certain maps are on) etc... And of course there are the irritating whiners. However, there are some that really do love the servers and enjoy the company of other regulars that they play with, that do give their feedback. And yet, some are labelled whiners. Its really quite different. It does have a negative effect of regulars not wanting to contribute their contructive feedbacks in future. BTW, Pinglo is a legend. He smashed a tube smack right into my face in excess of 250yrds. Sincerely, Sexy!
