Some things to do is ask them what qualities they look for in a candidate that they view would be or has been successful. Then gear all of your answers to the questions they ask you to emphasize those qualities. But ask that RIGHT away. It also shows interests and can change the conversation into your favor early on. Another thing to do before hand is find a mantra that you feel would help you, maybe all you do is repeat a phrase over and over like, "calm, confident, helpful" and just say that over an over for 20-30 min before the interview.

Lol.....noob fail. I figured out what went wrong, I had not verified my account....

So, I just started streaming, I have been playing with a few games, tweaking the settings, etc to maximize the fps and overall system performance.... More recent tweaks have helped significantly! Pud, I think everyone here understands the differences of hardcore vs softcore vs classic. We are no longer talking about the game, right now the current topic in this thread has now changed to @@OddJob001 canceling Christmas.

I support trying something different but I don't support a 4th server. Let's do whatever we are going to do for at least a month or two, it can take that long for folks to find us and add us as a favorite. THEN we look at server population graphs to determine if we have some success or not. I don't like speculation such as "well the server is always empty when I look at it" because that can be a false sense of real population. We all know people only stick around if there are enough people in the server to start a game. Lets focus on getting servers started and forget all the other bullshit, let's just play and have fun

We are creating a new spawn for the towny survival world, something a little lower key. New market is being worked on as well in that spawn. We will post here again when it is done. @KingStinger! is currently tasked with it.

I might get on just so that does not happen. I have been so busy this last week with the MC servers I have not been able to get on....

As long as people are aware that we now have two US server we need to get started. I would hate to see either server suffer population issues; especially the 64 man server. No one likes playing on an empty server but it is what we as clan members have to do sometimes to get servers going. Thanks to the admins for all the hard work and effort of trying to add some additional ways to play a great game. @@Oneill you are still way too OP.

We will just need to make sure we have enough folks on BOTH US servers to get them started properly. I hope that we can have some positive results for both servers.

Two things, either the disks are bad (most likely) or the floppy drive is. You could try to find a NEC external USB floppy drive. I am thinking something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Floppy-Drive-External-Chipset-SY-USB-FDD/dp/B002G1YP3O If you take a blank disk, format it you should be able to read / write, verify that at least works as well.
