Sorry Damage_inc for late reply. I've just noticed your post. In general overheating is a common issue in VQ35DE. If you already check the pump, and head gasket for leaks try to change the thermostat to low-temp one. People with FI engine ( SC and turbo ) use it to avoid overheating. I would also check the radiator. It might be clogged. Ive never heard about chain related problems in this engine. It a real reliable item. Of course it doesn't mean that it may not occur but i would check the cooling system first.

thank you guys. You might be right about the rock and freeze mod. Anyway share the name of server if you will have it in rotation.

Take them off (sparks) and check their condition - if they are black/ gray/ or oiled. Changing cables is an option.
