Monitors can be a pain and expensive trust me. Most people's monitors are normally 59/60hz I bought then a 144hz 24 inch few years back even though I had a 24 inch at 60hz. I just wanted the higher refresh rate. Then I said fuck it I want a 2k monitor which is 27 inch at 1440p but of course I could of got a cheaper one at 60hz but I would of noticed a difference from 144hz so I splashed the cash which was way more expensive at the 144hz one. Long story but short, you will stick with the same refresh rate or higher if you go above 60hz But in saying all that I think personally 27inch is the perfect size for a computer monitor even though I have the 24inch side by side I never use it. Things not many people know is 1080p is actually only 24 inch's, so if you have a 70 inch TV for example and you watch a HD movie its 24 inches HD spread across you 70 inch TV 1440p is 27 inch and 4k is 32 inch in resolution

I had my first major heart palpitation over 10 years ago (190+ bpm) and gave up the cigs due to it. But since I have had many more some as big and some as not. About 6/8 weeks ago I vomited with triggered a bad A-Fib (irregular heartbeart), I didn't panic whatsoever due to experience if you panic your basically fucked. This one A-fib even standing up to go for a piss my ECG was hitting 260+ BPM probably even higher I dont know but I was calm and relaxed but Jesus if you panic on that high heart rate you would be dead. I spent nearly 3 days in hospital until it back to normal . I got a random one out of nowhere a few weeks ago, irregular heart rhythm but not high heart rate( I said I am not spending the night in hospital) it passed eventually after 12 hours thank god. They want to see me every few weeks now ffs Anyway short story short, never panic when your heart is acting funny, sounds stupid but if you panic it makes things 20x worse. I've been calm even when hitting 260bpm+, your mouth will dry up quick if you hit those levels that's it. And also I wouldn't wish it on anyone

Power issue or mobo by the sounds of it , AMD drivers are usually if not always bang on as in work every time. You mentioned you used gtx 5070 there too? The later 40 series and now 50 series have been reporting to have been melting their 12pin connections due to temperatures and voltages. If you have a modular PSU with connectors perhaps get a replacement 12pin or whatever is equivalent these days on the newer cards and see how that goes

I had a similar sort of issue years ago with audio latency were it would slow down music, mouse movement and everything if I had other applications open. I bought new SSD's, PSU's and GPU's and all. I had electricians and all out to the house to test the sockets and they found absolutely nothing. It turned out to be my fucking paid AV ZoneAlarm, I uninstalled it and everything went back to normal, I'm now just using windows defender. If it is latency I used this program: https://www.resplendence.com/latencymon If it goes into the red after several tasks then there is something up and you will need to pin point the problem, it will pinpoint the program causing the latency too. For me it was software and not hardware related but it still did not point to ZoneAlarm as far as I remembered or did it , been years ago I cant remember fully. Anyway it was solved in the end after months of BS wrecking my head
