Agreed, but I sincerely doubt you don't have a firewall of some sort. I have all protection turned off. It saves memory, makes my machine boot faster and not alot of bloatware running in background. I turned off a few things. I never update... if it aint broke dont fix it. In the corp world it is different... not on my home machine. -

diabetes runs in my family and I know the one thing preached is eating right and stay active.
