you only checked the 5 volts side. You need to also check the 12v side as well. Try hooking up a hard drive and see if it spins up. CD Rom will work as well. I use a voltage meter but have done both. Next take a picture of your board just to make sure you hooked up all the correct cables to the motherboard. But could be something else.... hope something easy.

I wanted to see if it would sting itself. If you pore hot water on a scorp it will sting itself to death. I seen a few videos of that on youtube but cant find them. I use a flamethrower using Starter Fluid and it works great. lol The new way to kill them is by using Dawn dish soap. Mix with water in a spray bottle and shoot them. They fall to the ground and suffocate. Wasps are not friendly creatures either. I bet I get a knock on my door from PETA. Want to kill fire ants... Dawn Liquid Dish Washing Soap works for that as well.. Just pore into or onto a mound then they die.

I have an Intel 950 in my laptop as well... i tried Mindcraft a while back on it and it failed. I tried everything... then I researched more and you need a better card for it to run. Being a laptop thats not going to happen. Hope that helps..........
