I feel like some people are veering off topic here about minimum wage lol. Ill agree that Yes $7.25 for minimum wage is a bit low. But I don't think doubling minimum wage is wise either. I have worked at Outback where you get paid waaayyy less then minimum wage. Like $2.15 an hour. Now if you wanted to make more than that you would have to work your butt off. Grant it if you ended up not making minimum wage for the 2 week pay period they would reimburse you the money that you should have made to make that minimum wage. I also worked at a sports store where I made minimum wage. I ended up making $7.75 while working there over a 9 month period. I didn't feel that I needed to get paid more. But I look at the way things are going now, and I would have to agree that $8.25 an hour is a good minimum wage price. But minimum wage is set for the ENTIRE nation. Depending on where you live depends on how much more you make. That is because cost of living is more expensive in other parts of the US. If fastfood employees want to get paid the $15 an hour I want to see them actually using real uncooked hamburger meat making a patty and actually flipping them. I want to see them peeling and using a potato slicer to make the fries. <<< that of course will never happen. Also fastfood restaurants are there for the HighSchool and College students so that they can still work and go to school. Because they are unlike most business fairly flexible with school schedules. But most of the employees that are complaining about not getting paid more is because they are wanting to make a career out of working fast food. Ok well that's fine if that's what you want to do. BUT I don't want to hear the complaining because when you started working there you knew what the possibilities were when you started. Honestly even if youre there manager of a store you cant really making a living unless maybe of course you are living by yourself in a cheap apartment. Anyhow those people that are complaining (adults) they are complaining but yet don't wanna go to school to become better. You don't have to take 12-18 hours worth of college classes to get an education and better yourself. I myself did not get any sort of scholarships. But I am working a fulltime job to pay for the things that I have and pay for a couple of classes a semester. It can be done, its hard no doubt. But it can be done.

Well since people have been ranting about this on my FaceBook I decided I would come to my other family and ask yalls opinion on the subject. Fast food workers are rioting about wanting to get paid $15 an hour. My view on this subject is No we should not raise minimum wage to $15 an hour. 1) food prices will drive up drastically ( yes I know this is happening now but it will shoot up a lot more than it is now) 2) gas prices will drive up drastically ( yes the prices now suck but will be even worse) 3) unemployment will drive up insanely due to the fact that businesses will have to fire people to keep the profit that they are making now. 4) employment will drop drastically as well. If you disagree with me on raising minimum wage to $15 an hour please be honest with me and tell me your opinion. Same way with if you agree that it shouldn't be raised. What in the world kind of phone did you buy @@DemonElf I have naver had any of those issues with any android phone ive ever had. Also it sounds like you may have used an older android. Plus LG is not a huge company in the phone industry. That's why I am hesitant to get the G3.

check out the galaxy Note Edge that is coming out next month. that's the phone I am getting. I have tried windows phones. I have tried iphones and I tend to stick with androids. it is a lot more user friendly in my opinion. but it also depends on the brand of anroid you get. different companies have different specs. so it really just depends on what you do/don't like.

ya know on LandSharks pc which is where I play I never was able to play HNS I guess maybe I got a bad install? hopefully this time around I can play on the server.

Well ladies and gents apparently morons in Oklahoma decided they want to do their version of the Purge in Oklahoma tomorrow night at 7pm thru Sunday morning 7am. Lets hope that this really doesn't happen. If it does I hope everyone keeps their doors locked and stays safe. I read a blog today that was from Louisville, KY and it seems like people are really doing it all over the US. Has the "purge" hit your state? if so what happened?

@KingStinger wouldn't that actually be easy to prove that they neglected their child? all the police would have to do is request permission to search for a baby gate. and if they didn't have one then they would be arrested for child neglect. at least if I were an officer in that situation that's what I would do. Because who's to say that when they have another kid that it wont happen again? there must have been a lot of deaths like an insane amount for them to make it a country wide ban.

according to Wikipedia ( which cant really be trusted) they were invented as far back as 1440s. with that being said I still don't understand why they hadn't banned them back in like the 60s. it took CA all the way until 2004 for to ban em? kinda odd. the technology in '04 was a lot better than the 60s and 70s. even today I would think that they are made to be a lot safer then that of the ones made in '04.

@@PimpedOutPete but they banned em only 10 years ago. For a law, that is not that long ago. I would understand it if there was an issue with em when the first came out. but not now. we have better technology to keep kids safer. BUt still why wouldn't you put a gate up in front of the stairs if that is were your child is?

I still dont understand why they are banned it just doesnt nake sense. If they are up stairs put a baby gate in front of tge stairs. They make em for a reason. They arent decoration

@KingStinger im not saying that you will be able 100% of the time, but shouldn't you be able to at least the majority of the time? Why do you think it was a good idea to ban em?
