  2. chickpeas snacks : i soaked dried chickpeas over night, then cooked them for 1h and immediately put them in cold water. then i peeled the skin of all of them ( took about 30 minutes ) then dried them of with a kitchen towel. then i took half of it and put a little bit of sunflower oil on it, then seasoned with paprika powder and cayenne powder ( be generous because chickpeas baked at them self have not that much flavour ) and then put in my preheated airfryer at 290 - 400 °F ( 200 °C ) for 13 minutes till crisp. then put on kitchen paper to cool down. second batch i used chicken spices. If you want to use them instead of breadsticks for soup. just boil in salted water, and do not season them ( because the seasoning on them will dissolve in the soup ), then put in airfryer ( or oven ) and use in soup instead of breadsticks. for snacks , use whatever spices you like btw when totally dehydrated they keep for some time or else just freeze them in.

  13. here's my goulash Sancho made it in my trusted dutch oven. 1.5 kg beef, same amount of onion, then garlic, belpeppers and paprikapowder, cayenne powder and some bayleaves, and cumin powder and tomato paste. simmered for over 3 hours ( first ' crusted ' the meat then glazed the onions in the same pot after removing the meat ( i did the meat in 3 batches ) then i poured in a full bottle of red wine. and like i said let it simmer for 3 hours. ( sorry the pictures are in the wrong order but you get the idea )
