Damn, looks like a bit of work then, and I suppose I willalso have to uninstall all the patches too, bloody windows 8, real pain at times, I got over the stupid app system by downloading StartIsBack, which makes 8 run more like a normal windows program, and only cost a couple of dollars! -
I have had this issue ever since getting my new PC with Windows 8, when playing COD4 keep getting the iw3mp.exe fault. I have googled this and all sorts of useless tips come up, none of which actually provides a solution, andone got a proper solution to this...please

can do that, tho using task manager is just as quick, hopefully the map will be either taken off or the download fixed soon, been like this for quite a while now. -
can an admin please remove map: MP_82ab-LLANFRYNACH_Xmas it will not download and the only way to get out from it is using task manager, this has been up for aages and never works

This probably isn't the correct forum but for the life of me cannot remember how to add the XI tag Got a new PC, and of course after all the reinstall hassles etc, am back to basics as regards ranking etc, now want to get my screen name correct. Also, is there any way of keeping gathered ranking when adding tag, or will this mean starting over again?

can anyone advise, just got a new PC with windows 8, all fine except cannot get COD4 to work on line, keep getting this error message...iw3MP-exe stopped working, any ideas?

Been playing this server a while, good fun, but for some reason, even though I am now Level 46, Maj Gen, I cannot get any of the 'goodies' others seem to, even when they are way down on levels! When I check my stats they show my level, but no records of kills etc etc. When I go into game play I am also shown as PFC, not my real rank. Any ideas why? Only other moan is that no where as fast as Ace Mod, feels like running in treacle...

just been on new map tr_blackout, every time you spawn it is to exactly the same point, it never alters, and players get to know this and camp on it!

Just tried this, but when i go to the part in Signatures, the window becomes inacttive and I cannot access anything, eg My Media etc. It blinks once then greys out, any ideas?
