This what use (Razer Norstrmo) and it very comfortable, There always a learning curve with any controller you use,, I think the G 13 by logitech is easier to program, But I prefer this (Razer Norstrome) The one main reason is you pull the hat key use a thumb pad , Bot with the G13 your stuck with the hat button , And the Razer is more comfortable..Been using it for years and love it.. PC's for ever ...mabey down the road , as we know evrything changes ..

You either manualy change it like your doing , or just unplug them and that should do it ,Then plug them in when you want to use them .

I think Budman had the same problem, Try and update it first ..If that doesn 't work delete PB and reload it from the game cd or dvd. -
