    PB isn't making a mistake when it kicks someone.. and its kicking people all day!! You have to understand that this is a program that is monitoring your system as you play, for that to happen and no false positives appear it cannot be hassled or prevented from doing its job, so to prevent false positives it doesn't allow you to play with 'disallowed program/driver' and if it can't communicate with the server PB program it kicks you for communication errors.

    Membership is by admin invite only, so he would have to be contacted by an admin and invited before an app could be sent out.. and after that the app has to be scrutinised by all the admin team to see if the applicant is idiot material. If he is idiot material just hang on in there and an admin will contact him in due course.

    He's not talking about your position on the idiots map or anything, he's looking at your IP address which is recorded when you make a post on these forums and then he's looking at the IP address which is recorded by PunkBuster as the one in use by the hacker and its returning the same value for each. So basically it confirms that the computer used is the one you are sitting at right now as you read this post EDIT: If he did use an ip2location tool it would come out at the same location.

    That would be the ideal solution.. for all the people who have used hacks to give themselves up.. The way its worked since PB was first created and also systems like VAC is they catch the hacker cannon fodder and the server admins catch the sneaky snipers - it's just the way it it.
