I suffer from depressions from time to time for various reasons more often the last couple of months, im sure that comes in to play when it comes to my sleeping pattern

The thing is that i have been a non-user for quite some time now

Anyone here that suffers from sleeping problems or have suffered? I sleep 1-2 hours per night, on a good night i sleep maybe 3 hours, this has been going on for over two years now, been to the doctors have not been getting much help from them only a bunch of useless sleeping pills that does not work, so annoying.
