    The whole point of the financial fair play rules was supposed to stop the richest clubs spending like this and shitting on everyone else.....but of course Platini only wanted to stop English clubs spending big money....we all knew it when it happened....Platini=crook.

    It has nothing to do with where the money comes from, it is about the size of the club and how big the wage bill is in comparison to that club and how much that club generates through sponsorship etc, you tell me how PSG can generate more than Barcelona, Real Madrid, Man Utd or Juventus etc, it was all corrupt Platini's plan to let French clubs compete with bigger clubs, he hated English clubs having all the money...Man City are far richer than any club in the world but not allowed to spend money like that on one player...corrupt Platini...we all know he is a crook.
