Me and kungpow were wondering if we could have the MW2 mods set up like the regular ftag servers? ie Server 1 all custom maps, Server 2 all stock? Custom maps are fun to play every once in a while, but I get tired of having to learn new maps every time they change, not to mention I dont have the greatest internet so I spend 2 minutes dling everything.. Just a question. I know if we could have a stock mw2 server the whole server 2 crowd would be quite happy

I agree.. i really get annoyed with them. especially with the "primary weapon part" lol cough cough bob... unfortunately theres too many people who use em to get rid of tubes.... :/

Im actually thinking it might be a motherboard issue now.. the plugs in the back for the keyboard, usb and ps2, and the monitor plug-in arent working.. ive tried every angle of this and nothing is working, ive checked for bent pins, on both CPUs new and old, made sure the BIOS was compatible, cleared CMOS, etc. its the only thing i can guess about this.

i believe the power supply works with the CPU.. but im not 100% sure as im not too great with computers. if it is the power supply and i need to move up, itll have to wait a month or so for my birthday so I can purchase a new one so im kinda hoping its not that

Hm.. I dont know if we have an extra PowerSupply to test it with so I guess that will hafta wait. Ill test to see if it is warm later

Ill try to get on ts later. ray: i used this site, found my CPU on the list, and got the BIOS off that http://uk.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM2Plus/M3N78EM/#CPUS I dont recall it being hot after booting it up, but I didnt leave it on for long.. and I did use the pins to reset the CMOS, I also tried pulling the little button battery out.. nothing seemed to work.... maybe im forgetting to plug something in idk.. but the CPU was put into the slot correctly, and I plugged the fan in but thats all I did in installation

Its an AM3 cpu, but i was told an AM3 is compatible with AM2 slots. Also we did try a PS2 keyboard but that did not work as well. I'm just going to put my old cpu in once i get some thermal paste and just use that for the time being.

Its an ASUS M3N78-EM mobo.. it worked with the stock cpu on it, but it needed a bios update. we got it, updated the bios off a flash drive, and then put the new cpu on. the furthest we got w/the new cpu was the motherboard info screen (says del for info or w/e idr the exact wording) that was with 1 gb of ram. we couldnt hit any key because the keyboard was not responding. and im using an onboard graphcis card because my original motherboard fried.. this ASUS was one that was lying around. also are there any "homemade" substitutions for thermal paste? i want to put my old cpu back in but i dont have an thermal paste, i used the therrmal pad on it and that is no good anymore

Hey I recieved my new CPU yesterday, an AMD Phenom II X4. Now before I purchased it, I made sure my mobo was compatible. I made sure the socket was good, the website said I could upgrade to an AMD Phenom II no problem, I had the update for my BIOS, everything. But, when I installed it, I had my dad help me (he's pretty good with computers) so it was done correctly, everything checked out. But when the computer is powered on, nothing. No beep, no motherboard info page, nothing. The computer was on, all fans were working, but my monitor stayed black. Does anyone have an idea of what to do.. Or am I just S.O.L until I get another $120 to waste?

I was wondering if you could make the spawns like server 2... for example on pipeline, the far side spawns all the way back at the guardhouse.. this makes the map EXTREMELY favored for the team spawning at the train, as theyre closer to the main part of the map and have more cover.. we were playing it and if you spawned up in the grass, you were stuck out in the open when the other team took the buildings.. just a thought

I can deal with bunny hoppers for the most part, I just relatively high.. its the dolphin divers that bug me more but i find the best way to deal with everyone is with a sniper shot to the head

rugger the weapon errors are the same as the regular mw2 mod.. they only work on certain maps, its probably the same ones as the first mw2 mod
