If you have undergone surgery in the USA recently, perhaps you ought to check social media...

"What a moust-ache! Woman wakes from surgery to find doctors put moustache and teardrop stickers on her face

A woman is suing a California hospital after she woke up from an
operation to find a doctor had put a fake moustache and teardrop
stickers on her face.

Veronica Valdez, 36, was in Torrance Memorial Medical Center in Los
Angeles for a surgical procedure on her finger, but found the
multi-coloured stickers on her face when she came round.

While she was unconscious, her anaesthetist Dr Patrick Yang had cut
out and coloured the stickers before putting them in humourous positions
on her face, while nurse assistant Patricia Gomez took the photograph."

I'm not sure what she's so upset about. I think it's an improvement.
