This strangely-named gentleman was arrested last month for marijuana possession and other

things.

 

He's been in and out of mental institutions and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia so please

don't think I'm holding this ill fellow up to ridicule.  His name is probably the most unusual I have ever seen!
