It has been a long road with this damn problem, note the 58 th rank on cod 5........... But i have pinpointed this problem finnally, Only when playing cod 5, 4 etc my lcd tv will buzz loudly from the speakers of the TV. I have purchased a new HDMI cable, and updated my realtek drivers in my PC. I can solve this problem by turning of my Sony speakers......whew finnallly figured that out.

But, Anyone have a clue what is going on with Gaming causing this issue only? thanks in advance.

Thats weird! I have my NVIDA geforce 9800 GT connected to my Sony Bravia KDL-46S2010 TV via an DVI/HDMI cable to an HDMI switch. I have an audio cable from the soundcard to the Sony Home Theatre DAV-HDV265. Sound is great!

I had an old speaker setup that had a problem with cell phones. When one was near it it would do a rythmic buzz off and on.

Took me a while to figure that one out.

Have seen fluorescent lights do it when the power cord was run with the speaker cord in a cubicle before.

Guess I'm saying sometimes electrical interference from something close by will do it, maybe your monitor goes into a different mode with those games?

But those weren't like yours in that most happened no matter what was being done on the pc.

Could be that it is interference from some sound setting mode that the tv changes in game, I think I will be doin ps4 when that is available, it has been a bad summer of PC troubles and Gaming. This is jut maddening that after 5 minutes in game my speakers blare a nasty screech, and now my new headset fell apart, cant find the reciept...... my dog ate my password lists for websites, my toothbrush is full of hair.......lol
