Alien Vs predator

Not exactly a 'release'.. but if you are wanting to try out the Alien vs Predator mod... there are only 2 servers in the world running the beta (COD4 patch 1.7)


US Server:
8.6.75.18:28960

UK Server:
92.48.91.106:2304


Basically it's like team deathmatch... Here are some details:
Both teams have rank abilities that can be accessed at rank 25 and 75.

Predator Abilities:
-Portal (Spawn a portal for 10 seconds which teleports anyone, also can teleport predator grenades)
-Cloak (Become near invisible for 30 seconds - Disables weapons)

Alien Abilities:
-High jump (Self explanitory...useful for getting up to high places quickly)
-Screech (Much like a stun ability, when close enough to an enemy it will shellshock them for a few seconds)

If there are 4 players playing, then two 'leaders' will be randomly chosen.. one is the Commander Predator and the other is the Alien Queen

The leaders also have their own set of abilities on top of the rank abilities

Commander:
-Vision modes(the commander predator is given a mask when he is chosen, and with this option he can change his vision modes to lock onto certain things: eggs, aliens, vehicles)
-Forcefield(spawns an impenetrable forcefield bubble for 30 seconds)

Queen:
-Blast Roar(a heavier version of screech; heavy stun)
-Acid Blast(self inflicted damage to spray your own acid blood and damage enemies in range)

Aliens have only claws as a primary weapon(right now)
Aliens can climb walls(alien queen cannot)
Aliens leave a pool of acid when they die(acid blood)

Aliens and predators get another weapon at level 50..
-Predators get predator grenades
-Aliens get alien eggs(much like a claymore that triggers from all directions, when triggered it will hatch into a facehugger and facehug the predator, killing him)

Each team has unique killstreak rewards:
Predators:
-UAV
-Rain of fire
-Nuke strike
-Shoulder cannon

Aliens:
-UAV
-Rain of acid* (not available yet)
-Egg strike
-Unknown(egg strike here till coming up with another idea)

lol.  I used to be in this clan, before it was Insane (or Insane Ingame) it was known as SMART.  The modder is a guy called Kill3r, and he also created the "awe4some" mod (with meteor strikes, Ion cannons, etc) and the K3 mod.  However he got banned by PB and every cod4 community for putting in an exploit into the K3 mod.  Every server that hosted the K3 mod emailed him the console password.  He did however correct this, or so they say!!!

Yeah, its ok, played it a couple of times, but lots of the time nobody is on which is a shame.
