Sat here eating my breakfast (Mmmm... Chocolate donuts!!) and worked out the loss you've made in the correct English weight scale... 299lbs = 21 stone, thats a loss of 6 stone from the beginning (Roughly 14lbs to 1 stone) FUCK ME!! You've lost a whole Kate Moss there mate!! Good on yer pal... Your target weight you've set yourself is approximately 17 stone which if you hit it you'll be as skinny as me!! And at over 6 feet in height you'll carry it off.... We just need to work on saving money to get you some facial surgery then you'll be a skinny fucker AND not so ugly!!
