Appeal details: Hello,

 

Yesterday evening me and my friend were just minding our business and talking to each other trough steam when he suddenly said that SlackerNet said he wanted to talk. (In the logs you should find this around 9pm GMT+1.) This was about my friend destroying blocks from someone outside any claimed area's and said to him that it's obvious it was from this person. After this my friend was jailed because (following the rules in chat and on the wall (with the special one where if you destroy things outside towny this is NOT griefing)) he did nothing wrong. In my eyes I felt the need to hop in to help my friend because he was wrongly punished. While my friend was in jail I asked SlackerNet (who jailed him) why my friend was in jail for breaking no rules, a response to this was simply to mind my own business. I couldn't mind my own business because me and my friend join a server together or not at all, we play together so we share our business. I asked for a reason why he even jailed him in the first place and he declined to answer, after my friend was unjailed he asked him the same but never got an answer. I find this behavior already not appropriate for an admin, jailing people for no reason. I also told him this and was put in jail for this reason. Jailing me for asking a reason why my friend was jail is also ridiculous in my opinion. By this point SlackerNet was telling my to stop "shit talking", I stopped for a while but then he asked my friend to apologise to the person the stuff belonged to because he was griefed and forgot to claim it which he also did. After that he teleported to our base so I asked him what he was doing in our house (me and my friend) which he answered nothing. So I asked him nicely to either go invisible or leave because if he was doing nothing he had no business in our house not only for the reason, which I was temp-banned (1 sec) for. I joined back to see him telling my friend that I should learn some manners.

After the screenshot I asked a mod what he ment with 2 temp bans as it might be 3 temp bans would be a perm ban but my memory is failing me trying to recall what happened (but this can be found in the logs of course). All that I remember from that point on is that SlackerNet went afk.

 

To continue the story; Today around 4:30pm I log back to just play but I see SlackerNet was also online so I was thinking should I apologise, but then I thought I should better just leave it so I didn't. I then noticed that my town hall that was an exp drain together with an afk pool to be full of bedrock; so like any other person would ask I asked him if he could remove this but refused (probably because by this point he hates me) and ask me to ask another admin whose name I can't recall anymore to break it down. I noticed my drain is gone and since the little things matter I asked him if I could have it back at first SlackerNet ignored me, so I asked again and got told the issue has been closed and I should ask this other admin to help me. By this time I'm almost done with this "professionalism" and attitude from an admin so I told him that "I was about to apologise when I logged in and saw him online and I glad I didn't since you can't drop it". SlackerNet then dug up what was burried yesterday and started talking about it again, also telling me the block have a better conversation that I do. Intentionally hurting my feelings since he's suppose to be an admin and act professional instead of (sorry for my choice of words here but this is the only way how) acting like a 12-year-old child who holds grudges towards certain people.

seems like youre the one holding a grudge here. i havent seen the info on why you were banned but i can tell you that no one is going to give you a reason for punishment for another player. and yes you could mind your own business if slacker jailed or banned anyone he had good reason. Its not like he goes looking for people to ban.  If you have bedrock because of an afk machine then you can live with it. thats what you get for having an afk pool it happens to everyone who does it not just you.

 

As for your screenshots they dont show much except that you didnt want to drop it, and that you got mad an admin was in your base(which they have every right to do).  Admins deal with people everyday that are angry that their friend or their other account got banned, so when you sit there and pester someone simply because you didnt agree with them they will ban you as well. 

 

If you truly didnt agree with the decision then in chat was not the place to handle it, here is. So maybe next time drop it ingame since its not going to help anyways and have the person who was banned appeal it. Not sit there and throw a fit ingame untill you get banned as well. Its not up to you to investigate the ban and decide if it was justified or not. And no admin is going to entertain those kind of actions ingame.

 

If someone really got banned for no reason then they can appeal it on here, not have their buddy try and be their lawyer

@@Wanjia please be patient. When Slackernet the banning admin has a chance he will discuss this here with you. But just a note to you. We do not condone the continued discussion regarding the justification of bans, jailing and tembans whin ANY XI server. We are to keep the disruptive chat out of our servers and take it to the forums. Slackers ban was justified based on that. So here we are at the next step of the discussion of it. Relax and this will have a resolve shortly.
