A guy gets pulled over, Cop walks up to him and says 

"Did you not see that Stop sign?"

the man says "Yeah i saw it and no one was coming so i slowed down"

the cop says "It doesn't say slow down it says Stop"

the man cheekily replies "Whats the difference?"

the man is told to get out of the car, the cop begins hitting him with his baton.

 

The cop says "Do you want me to Stop or Slow Down".
