I think that most of the stuff your talking about can be changed to the severs with settings adjustments.(Not to hard...I think). As for another sever I think that we need to have our hardcore sever be populated 24hrs a day before rugger will go for another sever....but MW3 not doing to well....hint hint....lol we will just have to wait a bit to see what XI wants 2cute
