Yes I mean no fans or anything. I'm not sure what is wrong like I said all the old stuff was working but my computer just shut off and won't restart.

Ok so about 3 weeks ago I was online and my computer just shut down no warning nothing just gone. So I got a new motherboard and prosser. AsRock 970 and a amd 8 core 8230 I think. Any ways I can not get it to even turn on. Any idea. Thanks
