make sure you're blocking off the entrance to your base with your barracks and supply depots. as for the reapers, im not sure which terran unit is strongest against it,but just stack up on a crapload of marines and you should be ok

what he needs to do is sync that specific controller to his 360 by holding down the small button on the top of the controller, between LB and RB, and then hold down the same button On the 360 console until both start flashing in unison, then you will know they are in sync with each other
