Well when I use to hunt I always hoped I would get one but as the years went by I hoped the people in the gang got theirs. We hunter white tail deer and moose.

I also have weight distribution bars and trailer hitch for them as well to take some of the weight off the truck. The hitch has to be set up for your truck so truck will be level and trailer runs level.

I have 2011 Ford f 150 and my trailer is about 6500 hundred lbs It used about 25 liters per 100 kg which is about 5 Canadian gallons per 60 miles. A 250 and diesel I think would be better but check it out on the internet.

It was a roast or chunk.

It's pork cured pork loin and then rolled in corn meal. You can slice it and cook on a BBQ or frying pan. I like to keep it whole and cook it then slice. It's good for breakfast or dinner or a sandwich. Google it, it's really good maybe a Canadian thing.

This is peameal bacon done in an air fryer with a maple syrup glaze.
