Being a regular on the server I offer up my opinion...... I am not a hopper and don't particulary like it but I can deal with the occasional hop around a corner etc. Depending on how I think you'll react I might cuss you out a bit .. ok maybe more than a bit. I have seen a few players who hopped constantly and that was extremely annoying but that was a while back and I can't say I have seen any excessive hopping lately. I agree that while I support the objective it does have a negative impact on gameplay so perhaps if it can be configured to lower your weapon after 1 or maybe 2 sequential jumps we may see a better result? Failing that I think dealing with the occasional hops will be better than the impact it has having on gameplay. We can always ask our admins to have a quiet word with any noob that thinks the map is a trampoline and we could just leave them frozen. -

I'm using an AMD Phenom II X4 965 black edition on an Asus Sabertooth 990FX motherboard and a Nvidia GTX260 graphics card at 1920x1200, so not the latest and greatest but not a slouch. Plays BF3 fine but I prefer killing Astronomer on FT

Lots of crashes loading next map, don't have that issue with the FT server, also the timeout is real long so takes forever to get back in after a crash.
