motherboard bios...disable hyperthreading.c1e state and one more power saver..brings your cpu out of idle..who needs it?,i shut my own comp off when i don't want to waste power.did you have ambient occlusion enabled and v sync?,it could be a few things giving you the lower fps.but i suspect the culprit is your cpu..quite a graphically demanding game

i have the ocz. 240 gig.wicked fast.but i have read bad reviews on it i've had it for a year and a bit..so far so good...cod4 loads in two seconds goodbye spinning platters.three year warranty on it so hopefully i don't have to rma it.

make sure you don't drink water when you come out of the anesthetic,,,when they say eat ice chips water isn't good ..believe them,i didn't and ended up being Reagen on the exorcist..hurled about ten feet..straight bile and water...mmmmm...lovely
