Hey Hxtr, I did create a new profile last week (xBezerker) and it worked fine. I really wanted to use my original profile so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game and in the process I can't access any profiles. As soon as I pick the button to access online player profile the game crashes.

Hi all, Has anyone else experienced problems picking different player profiles at the game's start up screen. When I attempt to do so, the game crashes due to an "unhandled exception". I uninstalled the game and have reloaded from scratch and am still having the same problem. I am at the point where I cannot pick ANY player profile and therefore cannot play the game at all. I checked this issue out on my son's computer and his game crashes too, but he is able to play with the player profile he has as a default. In my case I cannot even pick a default player before the game crashes! Any help would be much appreciated. Love, Kilgore
