Problem running COD4 Multiplayer

is your headset plugged in,,there is a issue with this you have to have it plugged in or you will get this error,,its a sound card issue and cod4 is old game,,also changing as itsbolloxx did above -
i dont know how to use the emp for defrost or those bolts of light flash through the sky and defrost,,i have asked but no one has explained it yet,,someone in game told me to pick emp in my kit but thats it!! maybe someone can post how to use these things

it is a server cache problem,,lots of ppl have it,,the file becomes corupted somehow,,you need to get a copy from someone that has a full list in their server cache and just cut and paste it in
