i dont know how to use the emp for defrost or those bolts of light flash through the sky and defrost,,i have asked but no one has explained it yet,,someone in game told me to pick emp in my kit but thats it!! maybe someone can post how to use these things

it is a server cache problem,,lots of ppl have it,,the file becomes corupted somehow,,you need to get a copy from someone that has a full list in their server cache and just cut and paste it in

hope things get better soon,,depression is a real kick in the ass sometimes,,do get help dont let it control you,,get your meds fixed and try to think possitive thoughts,,i know thats hard sometimes,,there are groups on FB to talk to ppl,,that may help, hugs!
