Poutine (pretty much all kinds) and tourtière, of course ! But I also LOVE pokés and tartares (raw meat with other ingredients) with croutons, "chips" or bistro french fries with a beer flavored mayo... As for the tartare, I espacially like bison, tuna and beef, sometimes salmon. I don't know which country it's from, but thank you !
