yeah i saw that, but try it with your oil hot first, if you want really good flavor that is, try it and don't use cheap olive oil, thumbs up!

Combine the olive oil, red pepper flakes, sea salt, and garlic in a cold saucepan. Stir while you heat the saucepan over medium-high heat, saute just 45 seconds or so until everything is fragrant - you don't want the garlic to brown. Stir in the tomatoes and heat to a gentle simmer, this takes just a couple minutes. Remove from heat and carefully take a taste (you don't want to burn your tongue)...If the sauce needs more salt add it now. Stir in the lemon zest reserving a bit to sprinkle on top of your pasta. heat the olive oil first right? then saute' then the rest together? i take it, no white on the zest? not sure about the zest thing but i would try it at least once. real pizza is made with herbs, olive oil and a blend of cheese's and slices of tomato not tomato sauce after those ingredients make whatever type of pizza you want with the meats or product(s) you have. i'm pretty sure tomato sauce on pizza is an American thing. cheers

Loader, truly there is nothing anyone can say to place your heart at ease. between you and Pete's wife & Mule my heart has been touched in such a way. my heart goes out to all of you and your families! cancer knows no limits, no boundaries, it doesn't care who you are, it doesn't care who it takes, it has no compassion! Father God hear my prayer and forgive me, for how dark my soul is, there is so much pain and sorrow these people are feeling Oh Lord. I ask that you allow me to stand in the gap for these people who are suffering with disease in their bodies and their families that are suffering with them. Father i pray your peace upon them, your healing hand, let them see how real you are and that you are God! i rebuke any nausea or any other kind of effects from the medicine that they receive in order to be healed. i pray their appetites stay good and healthy as the food provides for their bodies, you Father provide for their souls. that each one God comes to know you in a very personal way, i ask that you touch them, give them the strength to over come the obstacle's that they face. fill their hearts with joy and revelation knowledge of your Word. give them an understanding like never before. give them the strength and endurance they need to over come this. Father your word says that the devil comes, only to kill, steal & destroy. i ask that you not allow the devil to be successful in his schemes with any of these families. i pray most of all Lord that no one perishes without knowing you first even the families of the affected ones Lord, show yourself in a mighty way, in Jesus Name I Pray! i won't just say it, i'll do it!
