homemade hot sauce: 8 as big as you get red bell peppers, 5 jalapenos and remove seeds then puree in a robo coup or whatever you have to puree with then strain through a small hole china cap. Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, cayenne pepper & Tabasco sauce to a desired hotness. Salt to taste
If you think you are one of those who has no esophagus or rock hard stomach and intestines, with a steel shooter, if you know what I mean lol. Then do this; Add 1 cup crushed red pepper to 1 quart peanut oil in a sauce pan and heat the oil until it turns a beautiful red color, remove from heat and let cool before adding to anything. Then add some of that to the mix
However be very careful and do not leave your oil while heating it because it can go from perfect to burnt in matter of seconds
