hello Merlin, in the attachment i placed an excel file. i noted the day,map,hour, and number of people that liked/disliked a certain map. Eraser adviced me to put it in an excel file ( many thanks for the tip Fred ) so others can fill in aswell. I only play for 1 hour to 2 hours maximum, so it would be nice if other xi members who play at other hours also fill in the excel file. ( during the game we asked the players if they liked or disliked the map ) That way we can get a good view of it at the end of the week. here is also a picture of the file. likes dislikes.xlsx

Eraser and Essie ( and who else is interested ) if you want to make a bind to ask people if they like or dislike the map. in console type the following : /bind key "say ^colorDo you like this map? please type like or dislike" where key is the key you press to show the text and color is a number from 0 to 9 to display the text in color. for example as seen in the picture : /bind F9 "say ^5Do you like this map? please type like or dislike" i use the function key F9 and the color is light blue if you can't bind a certain key it might be that you have to unbind it first : /unbind key ( where key is the key you want to unbind)

crunch i know this is off topic .... but how the hell did you get a ' for the ladies ' badge while you got a whiner badge ????

Just a thought Merlin, if you or the rotation manager could put the list of maps that are beeing used here in the forum so people can comment ( like/dislike ) on the maps names, ( i know you guys put the maps rotations separately in the forums )then it might be easier for you ( or the map manager ) to filter out the unwanted maps. ( i and i know others too are more then happy to tell the people in the game to place their likes/ dislikes in here )

well i'm ok for trying it out without vote or like/dislike. No need for Merlin to spend his time going through chat logs. Lets just see how it goes. since the maps stay on for atleast a week, i think we can comment in the weekends in the forum on which maps we likes or dislike.

yes definitely worth a try. especially if Eraser's proposal is implemented. Or if i may suggest the following? i remember on COD2 servers where at the beginning of each game you saw a list of maps. players could then vote and the map with the most votes started. ( even if some people didn't even vote ) i don't know if this is possible on OWFT.
