  2. As a person who has a special needs child (high functioning autism) and a child with normal development, trust me when I say, you know from birth if your child is autistic or not. Autism doesn't just happen, it's there from birth.

As for vaccines causing autism, there have been double blind studies funded by anti vaxxers as well double blind studies funded by the various governments, along with ones funded by WHO...all proved that they did not cause autism.

  3. If you're an anti vaxxer, then frankly I don't have time for you. Idiots like those are the reason why polio, tetanus, measles, rubella and mumps are on the rise.

Oh and as for the stats that say vaccinated kids get more diseases, the math needs to be shown to you to show that statistically, higher numbers of unvaxxed kids get more diseases than vaxxed kids.

  4. Oh. And the only other religious houses I've seen doing that was the Sikh gurdwara, where they have their kitchens open daily for anyone for free, all they ask is you clean your own dishes and cutlery in return.

I've gone to many churches in the area, who donate food to the food bank at the harvest period but don't do anything else to feed people, including Catholic, Methodist, Baptist etc.

But one thing they all have in common, they all try to bring people together to help others in times of need.

  5. Question, do any of you know any muslims? Live in an area where there are many or where a temple is.. They are naturally a peaceful culture and regretfully a small group of extremists have taken it upon themselves fo terrorize the world.

I live in a town (well directly next to the town in a village), where the Muslim population is around 30% of the town according to local statistics.

One of my best friends is a Muslim and he is arguably the most helpful and charitable person I know. He's helped me when I've been in a bind before, and all he asked in return was that I pay it forward.

I've gone with him to mosque during Ramadan last year just to see what it's about, what did I see? The mosque feeding the homeless, and stayed open until they ran out of food....and according to the people there, they do it daily during Ramadan month, and do it until 10pm non Ramadan months.

Its actually great to see and it's a shame it's not publicised as much as the negativity.
