i highly doubt what you are saying. These are pro mod configs NOT "pro maybe this will make it worse" configs. And as for people's pings, yes maybe having a high/low ping can have a disadvantage or advantage but it is a NATURAL unable to be helped situation. Not obtained by tweaking shit. And as for the so called over powered weapons, how the hell is this a disadvantage to you? You have exactly the same advantage to use them or not like every player in the server. It is fair if all have the ability to use them. Configs, not everyone has the ability or the know how to manipulate the game. Your argument is totally invalid.

very well said @@iboomboom and I agree fully. While it may be fun for those tweaking there game in order to have a huge advantage over other players may seem fun, it truly is not fun for players on the receiving end of your tweaks. I consider it cheating.

Setting things to pro mod configs is ridiculously unfair when it isn't a pro mod server. Just my opinion.

So why can't we all just play with default configs to give a fair advantage to all players rather than setting things in order to slaughter in game with what I call an unfair advantage. None of this config altering should be allowed in my opinion.

i dont see anywhere this would work up here. Possibly Safeway. But will Safeway Canada honour the coupon is the question. I spend close to $200 a month to keep me ticking after my benefit coverage of 80% comes off. Don't sound like much but if I can put more in my pocket then why not.

With Devildog having a very busy summer with work, wedding, and life in general, he has been unable to help with maintaining the server but is still active as my guide. So I took it upon my self to get it figured out, as I have never updated a modpack before and with great fear of screwing up the server i can say it was a success. I sweated a few bullets but i now know how to do it. At this point I have only done one mod and there are several updates that need to be done. All i can ask in Devil's absence is for patience as I go through these learning pains. I may or may not ruin the server lol, cant make that promise. But i will continue to try and keep this server running as top notch as i possibly can. After today's successful mod update the pack will now need to be updated client side to version 0.7.1 Just click the play button in Technic launcher and it will ask you if you want to update, say yes and enjoy. I will continue to post update progress in this thread in order to keep you all informed. Thanks.
