ive noticed the number lock thing on my laptop as well, very annoying but not happening on my pc.As for display time and start button I've had no issue. Have never heard that happening to anyone else either. Sounds like a local issue for you alone.

Tonight I was driving home in my truck and minding my own business when i was suddenly almost side swiped by a little white car. At a glance, i thought i seen something inside her car that shocked me beyond belief. But wasnt sure if i was seeing things. As I approached a red light i was able to get up beside the vehicle that almost hit me and took a greater look into her car. YUP I FUCKING SEEN IT... This idiot woman was breast feeding a new born on her lap neither of them buckled up and to top it off she was smoking a cigarette which is illegal here to smoke in a vehicle with minors. I immediately got on the phone with 911 (blutooth through my speakers) and reported it. I was asked to continue follow her and stay on the line until police can catch up. She turns off into a starbucks drive thru and buys a coffee. Now she I breast feeding, smoking and has a hot coffee hovering over this innocent childs head. I continued following her nearly side swiping another motorist and then when she changed lanes almost didnt correct her steering in time narrowly missing a row of parked cars. This whole time she is doing 15km an hour above the speed limit. After about 10 minutes the police finally caught up and nailed her to the cross. The cops of course thanked me and called me a hero for saving that little child (i dont consider that). I stayed to give a statement and the officer said she has a long list of charges coming her way as well as she is being towed. The police and even dispatch were in utter disbelief as well. I just think ive finally now seen it all.. Thanks for letting me vent.. Im still shocked..
