Like I suggested earlier, just have ONE server as a respite from the tubes & everyone is happy. 4 or however many servers for the tubes 1 for people who wanna play primarily with bullets problem solved

Surely >XI< has room in their dedicated boxes to make ONE server with the tubes eliminated or nerfed. Do that & let people have a choice, that still leaves the other servers the way they are. What, if any, is the problem with this solution?

How about making just ONE server where the tubes are toned down or eliminated. A clay or satchel can be easily countered with bomb squad, if one chooses. The tube is over powered: just lob it in someone's general direction & get an immediate kill. Use overkill & get 4 or 6 or whaterver of 'em... & when you run out, just nade yourself & get a refill. It's out of balance with the rest of the game. You guys are always trying different things, so try a server without tubes or with them toned down, & let people have a choice.

Seems, as of late, that the pings in the freezetag servers jump around wildly for some people. It happens at random times, even at night? I thought it might have been my service provider, but I noticed that several people would concurrently have the same issue of their pings going high & settle down. Dunno if it's the server, or possibly a node somewhere in the interwebz... just thought I'd throw that out there & see if anyone had an idea of it's origin... Timmah!

The point is significant: If there is water up there, it will potentially enable us to colonize the moon & perform many processes at an astronomically cheaper price than having to transport our own water there.

I've read on this extensively, my advice is to wait another six months & I will tell you why: The nascent technology in this hardware is developing really really rapidly, give the bell curve a little while to play out as the quality of product is improving drastically in a short period of time.
